It’s a bird! It’s a plane! No, it’s Super Cougie!
This week the Kindergarten students were visited by their pal Cougie who distributed the first super power of the year, Pointer Power! Cougie challenged the students to point to each of the words on the page when reading independently and to also do so when they are reading with a partner, reading the morning message, or reading the world around them!
The first of many super powers that the students will receive from Cougie, Pattern Power has us on our way to becoming super readers!
